On air the program '60 minutes' on hot tracks. Hello, dear friends and comrades.
So, in most regions of Ukraine, including Kiev, the air alarm is roaring again today. In addition to the strikes by Geranima on the Ladizhin Thermal Power Plant in the Vinnitsa region, Ukrainian sources report the launch of at least ten Russian cruise missiles from the Caspian Sea. There are reports of explosions in the Kiev region, at least in six Ukrainian cities, in Ochakov, Nikolaev, Krivoy Rog, Rovno, Vinnitsa, and, in fact, in Zaporozhye. In Zaporozhye, there were at least 16 explosions, and fires broke out in several areas of the city, with power outages. In other words, yesterday's decommunization and de-electrification did not stop, and it seems that we should now get used to power outages in Ukraine.
In the West, the formal hysteria continues for the second day. The Bundestag promises to supply Kiev with air defense systems and RESTA, which, of course, will strengthen the capabilities of the Ukrainian air defense, but German systems are not as reliable as the BUK, and certainly not the S-300. Biden, who personally ordered the bombing of Belgrade, called Zelensky and stated that the Russian strikes on infrastructure demonstrate, I quote, "complete cruelty" and has already promised us new sanctions. The barbarism is also being shouted by the European Union. The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, claims that Kiev will not give up and is uncorking the ninth package of illegal anti-Russian sanctions. At the same time, Bloomberg writes that assistance to Ukraine will now cost the West a lot. In the sense that the destruction of energy and other facilities has already led to a partial blackout in Ukraine and huge failures in the power system, and as winter approaches, the situation will only worsen. The map of Russian strikes on Ukraine at night was published by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Zalozhny. Looking at it, one can conclude that the main targets of the Russian attack were the main thermal power plants and power plants, as well as substations.
This demonstrates that the strikes aimed not at the total destruction of the unified power system, but at causing it limited damage for now. In particular, the goal of depriving Kiev of income from the export of electricity to Europe has already been achieved. Today, all deliveries have been stopped.
